We are happy to accept your return. Our aim is to create an easy & effortless experience. After all, we want you to feel Dreamy!

 

If an item is unused, undamaged, in its original packaging and is received within 30 days of the date of sale, we will issue a refund for the cost of the item.

 

If you purchased the item, the refund will be credited to the original method of payment:

 

  • If purchased with a credit card, that same credit card will be credited.

 

If the item was a gift purchased by someone else, you will be issued an online store credit for the cost of the item.

 

If the item was damaged in shipping or defective, you must notify Dreamy within 14 days of the date of sale and return the item so that we may issue you a refund or replace the item at our cost. Please call us at 1-877-942-3792, 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. PST, Monday through Friday.

 

Monogrammed or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange.

 

All sale items are final.

 

To Return Website Merchandise

Please choose from one of the following options:

 

Option 1:

You may use the pre-paid Dreamy Return Label that is included in your shipment. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

To use the Dreamy Return Label follow steps a-d:

 

a. Complete and enclose the Dreamy Return & Exchange Form

b. Securely package the return

c. Affix the pre-paid Return Label to your package. Be sure to cover any original shipping labels.

d. Drop your package off at any UPS store, UPS drop box, or UPS authorized shipping center.

 

Option 2:

You may also use your own trackable and insured shipping method* and mail your return to:

*The cost of return shipping must be prepaid at the point of return. Dreamy is not responsible for customer returns that are lost in shipping.

 

Option 3:

Merchandise can also be returned to any Dreamy store location with the original packing list and in its original packaging. You can find a list of our store locations on the About Us page. Please Contact Us with any questions you might have.

 

To Return Store Merchandise

Our store carries various items that we do not offer online; therefore we cannot accept these returns at our warehouse. Please return your items to the Dreamy store location where you made your purchase. You can find our store location on the About Us page.
